End Of Year DotA Festival 2010

Hi guys,

In order to make this event a fair and meaningful one, I will be checking the teams (especially Sec 1 and Sec 2s whom I do not know personally) for non-HCI member in the next few days. Method of checking will be kept confidential.

Any team found with non-HCI member will result in immediate disqualification.

I emphasize again that all team member ,including reserves, must come from Hwa Chong Institution High School Section
